Business Development Growth Strategist

The Business Development Growth Strategist will develop and build strategic growth marketing campaigns to transform how we reach and connect with clients through data-driven, customer-centric, personalized communications. With a strong background in CRM, the Business Development Growth Strategist will use their expertise to analyze and target growth sectors and associated personas to drive deeper levels of personalized campaigns, client interaction, and business growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Executes a best-in-class CRM marketing strategy to improve pipeline visibility and revenue growth
  • Conceives and manages campaigns from end-to-end: from strategy and ideation to developing tactics, writing briefs, development and execution (in partnership with and with the support of the creative, business development, and technical teams), monitoring, analysis and reporting, and optimization
  • Performs and manages the CRM process and technology change management activities, including rollout of solutions, upgrades, and applications, while minimizing business disruption
  • Ensures data integrity within CRM through data import management, system integrations, data auditing, cleanup and deduping, and input workflow management with focus on sustainable, scalable processes
  • Writes effective and compelling project briefs and work with creative resources to produce best-in-class creative assets while employing industry best-practices
  • Designs client journeys through timely, relevant, and personalized communications
  • Monitors, analyzes and tracks effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular reporting against budget to improve campaigns by using A/B tests and insights and the creation and use of tools such as drip campaigns and landing pages
  • Optimizes marketing automation and lead nurturing processes though email, content, and social channels
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing or related field
  • Experience with an enterprise level ERP
  • Deep knowledge of CRM, marketing, and analytics tools
  • Must have campaign and/or program management experience, both planning and execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience gaining cross-functional buy-in and alignment when implementing new tools and processes
  • Self-motivated, organized, disciplined and able to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Experience and love for A/B testing and a solid understanding of testing methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail
